Symptoms of perianal abscess: A small hard lump or mass around the anorectum, unbearable local pain, redness, swelling, heat, swelling and discomfort, restlessness, urgency, constipation, poor urination, rectal irritation, and subsequent symptoms of systemic toxicity such as elevated body temperature, loss of appetite, chills, weakness, etc. Perianal abscess harm: itching: pus will flow out when the abscess breaks down, which will stimulate the perianal skin and cause itching, and the itching will intensify at night, and the resistance of the body will decrease, and symptoms such as weakness, general weakness, restlessness and depression will appear.
