What are the symptoms of severe gastric ulcers

A common symptom in patients with gastric ulcers is a rhythmic, periodic, recurring dull, vague pain in the middle and upper abdomen. Patients are accompanied by acid reflux, heartburn, burping, and bloating. Gastric ulcer pain usually occurs about half an hour after a meal, but 10% of patients also present with painless ulcers. Severe gastric ulcers can be understood as gastric ulcers with the following complications: i. Gastrointestinal bleeding, patients experience vomiting of coffee-colored stomach contents, black stools, and even fainting. Second, gastric ulcer combined with perforation, the patient manifests sudden severe abdominal pain, accompanied by stomach tension is relatively large. Fixed epigastric severe pain, radiating to the back, may be chronic perforation of the posterior wall. Third, cancerous gastric ulcer, patients may show emaciation, loss of appetite, intermittent black stools and so on.
