Paget’s disease of the breast, i.e. eczema-like nipple cancer, can be cured by surgery when the lesion is limited to the nipple or areola. Eczema-like carcinoma of the nipple is a kind of breast cancer, which is characterized by repeated breakage and crusting at one side of the nipple and areola, accompanied by itching symptoms and eczema-like changes, and with the progression of the disease, lumps may appear in the breast. At present, surgical treatment is the main treatment for eczema-like breast cancer, and when the lesion is only limited to the nipple or areola, modified radical surgery is feasible, and there is a possibility of radical cure. For breast eczema-like cancer with lumps, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis, it is difficult to be completely cured. Comprehensive chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery and other treatments are needed to improve symptoms, quality of life and survival period.
