What’s the cause of the burning face?

A burning face can be due to physiologic factors such as exercise and eating hot food. It can also be caused by pathologic factors, such as skin barrier damage, allergies, and fever.
1. Physiological factors.
(1) Exercise. Just after strenuous exercise, the body releases too much heat, resulting in increased heat production, increased body temperature, and facial burning.

(3) Fever. After infection, heat stroke, endocrine diseases and other various diseases cause the body temperature to rise, the body’s blood circulation increases, capillary expansion, resulting in red and hot skin.
