How to routinely administer medication to patients discharged from cataract surgery

  Postoperative cataract medication Postoperative week 1: daytime: tobramycin dexamethasone drops 4 times a day; at night before bedtime: tropicamide drops 1 drop, tobramycin dexamethasone ophthalmic ointment applied to the eye; postoperative week 2: daytime: tobramycin dexamethasone drops 3 times a day; at night before bedtime: tobramycin dexamethasone ophthalmic ointment applied to the eye; postoperative week 3: daytime: tobramycin dexamethasone drops 2 times a day; at night Bedtime: tobramycin dexamethasone ophthalmic ointment; fourth postoperative week: daytime: tobramycin dexamethasone drops once a day.  Note: Wash your hands before dropping the medicine, shake the bottle gently and then drop the medicine, cover the bottle tightly after dropping.  After the first week of postoperative follow-up, it may be increased or decreased according to individual conditions. If adding lubricating and protective medication such as bright vision and new tearan, usually 3-4 times a day, at intervals of 15 minutes or more after tobramycin dexamethasone.  Postoperative follow-up: 1 day postoperative, 1 week postoperative, 3-4 weeks postoperative.
