Where is the position of the uterus in the navel

The normal uterus without pregnancy is in the lower central part of the pelvis, just below the navel, after feeling the bone, inside the pelvic cavity below the bone. The uterus is located in the center of the pelvic cavity with the bladder in front, the rectum behind, and the vagina at the lower end, with the fallopian tubes and ovaries on both sides. The floor of the uterus is located below the plane of the entrance to the pelvis, and the external opening of the cervix is located slightly above the level of the sciatic spine. The uterus is the organ of fetal conception and menstruation, slightly flattened in front and behind, and inverted pear-shaped. The uterus has two parts: the uterine body and the cervix. After pregnancy, the uterus slowly increases in size and then exits the pelvic cavity to reach the abdominal cavity. Usually, the uterus can be completely out of the pelvic cavity only after 12 weeks of pregnancy, and can be felt in the abdomen itself. If there is pain near the navel during pregnancy, it has little to do with gynecology and is considered to be due to gastrointestinal disorders. Diseases of the uterine appendages in the absence of pregnancy are manifested by swelling in the lower abdomen or near the pelvic cavity, and sometimes this swelling radiates to the perineum and thigh area.
