The typical ultrasound image of early stage of endometrial cancer is that there are inhomogeneous echogenic areas in the uterine cavity, disappearance of uterine cavity line, inhomogeneous echogenic areas in the myometrium, and color Doppler image shows rich blood flow signal. Especially in postmenopausal women, if the thickness of endometrium is more than 5mm, and there is inhomogeneity and rich blood flow signal, the possibility of endometrial cancer should be highly suspected. The diagnosis of endometrial cancer cannot be determined by ultrasonography alone, and it can only be confirmed by pathological results after curettage. If irregular vaginal bleeding occurs and endometrial thickening appears during ultrasound, timely scraping for pathological examination is necessary to make a clear diagnosis.
