Endometrial cancer cannot be detected by vaginal ultrasound in the early stage. Therefore, when clinical changes in menstruation occur, such as increased menstrual flow, decreased menstrual flow, irregular vaginal bleeding or incomplete menstruation, it is recommended to pay high attention to it and diagnostic scraping can be done if necessary. Clinically, endometrial cancer can be diagnosed mainly through pathological examination, and the scraped tissue will be sent to pathological examination to understand whether there is cancer of the endometrium. Once endometrial cancer is present, it is recommended to actively treat it accordingly and to have surgery as soon as possible. The need for chemotherapy will be decided based on the intraoperative condition and postoperative pathology report. It is also recommended that women should have a gynecological examination once a year to know whether there are tumors and inflammation.
