Which food has anti-liver cancer effect?

Foods rich in flavonoids may have some anti-liver cancer effects.

Flavonoids have been shown to have anticancer effects in some studies of liver cancer cells and animal models, possibly inhibiting tumor progression through anti-proliferative, invasive, and anti-angiogenic effects. In one patient study, flavonoids from food sources (spinach, etc.) reduced the risk of hepatocarcinogenesis by 9%. Therefore, patients with liver cancer may eat more of them as appropriate.

Foods rich in flavonoids include onions, beans, fruits and green tea, in addition to the spinach mentioned above.
