Do you need surgery for cervical polyps during pregnancy?

Some people have a small amount of recurrent vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, mistaking it for preterm miscarriage or preterm labor, and giving birth control treatment that is ineffective, and performing gynecological examinations to confirm the diagnosis of cervical polyps. If there is no symptom during pregnancy and the polyp is found to be inflammatory during gynecological examination, there is no need to deal with it, and it will be treated after the pregnancy is over. If the cervical polyp bleeds during pregnancy, the root of the tip is near the ectocervix, the root is removed with hemostatic forceps and pressure is applied to stop the bleeding. If the polyp is long and the root of the tip is deep, it can be removed with sutures near the ectocervix without any effect on the pregnancy outcome.
