Review of antiviral treatment for hepatitis B

I. Examination during interferon treatment: 1. 1 month after the start of treatment, blood routine should be checked every 1~2 weeks, and then once a month until the end of treatment; 2. biochemical indicators, including ALT, AST, etc., once a month after the start of treatment, 3 times in a row, and then once every 3 months as the condition improves; 3. virological markers, detected once every 3 months after the start of treatment HBsAg, HBeAg, anti-HBe and HBV DNA; 4. Other: thyroid function, blood glucose and urine routine should be tested once every 3 months; if thyroid function abnormalities exist before treatment or if you already have diabetes, you should first control thyroid function abnormalities or diabetes with medication before starting interferon treatment, and thyroid function and blood glucose levels should be checked monthly; 5. Assess the mental status, and patients who appear to be significantly depressed and suicidal should be immediately discontinued and closely monitored. Nucleoside (acid) analogues should be checked during treatment: 1. Biochemical indicators, i.e. liver function, should be checked once a month for 3 consecutive times after the start of treatment, and once every 3 months afterwards as the condition improves; 2. 3.According to the disease or the use of antiviral drugs, regular testing of blood routine, serum creatinine and creatine kinase and other indicators. After the end of treatment, regardless of whether there is treatment response, ALT, AST, serum bilirubin (if necessary), hepatitis B two-to-one and HBV DNA should be tested at least once every two months for six months after stopping treatment, and then once every three to six months for at least 12 months. The follow-up interval should be shortened if there is any change in the condition during the follow-up.
