What are the symptoms of HIV infection?

HIV can be categorized into acute phase, asymptomatic phase and AIDS phase with different symptoms.
1. Acute phase: 2 to 4 weeks after infection with HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus), some patients may have fever, headache, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, skin rash, joint pain, muscle pain and other symptoms. Some patients may have mild symptoms or even no obvious symptoms.
2. Asymptomatic period: patients may enter this period from the acute phase, or enter this period directly without obvious acute symptoms. During this period, patients basically have no conscious symptoms.
3. AIDS stage: patients may have fever, diarrhea, memory loss, epilepsy, tumor disease and various opportunistic infections.
For patients, after diagnosis, they should seek medical treatment as soon as possible. The earlier it is detected and treated, the more it helps to control the disease.
