What are the causes of heat irritated hyperhidrosis in the upper body?

Hyperhidrosis of the upper body due to heat stimulation is a disorder of excessive sweat gland secretion in the upper body caused by heat stimulation and is commonly associated with night sweats. Hyperhidrosis is a disorder in which excessive sweat gland secretion is caused by sympathetic hyperexcitation. The sympathetic nerve governs sweating throughout the body. Under normal circumstances, the sympathetic nerve regulates body temperature by controlling sweating and heat dissipation. In hyperhidrosis, however, sweating and facial flushing are completely out of control. The excessive sweating and facial flushing leave the patient in a daily state of helplessness, agitation or panic. So what are the causes of hyperhidrosis? Upper body heat-irritated hyperhidrosis is caused by the compensatory occurrence of sweat glands in one part of the body to maintain body temperature after the sweat glands in another part of the body have been deregulated by some factor. Explanation of some common sweating phenomena from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine: 1. Self-sweating. Not because of the hot weather sweating medicine and other stimulating factors and often sweating is called “spontaneous sweating”. Spontaneous sweating is mostly caused by weakness of lung qi, weakness of guard yang, and leakage of fluid, so it is often accompanied by fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, fear of cold, and other symptoms of yang qi deficiency. 2. Night sweats. When you fall asleep, you sweat, and when you wake up, the sweating stops. Night sweats are mostly caused by yin deficiency, and yin deficiency leads to yang hyperactivity, and yin does not protect yang, so the fluid is followed by sweat. It is common in patients with infiltrative stage of pulmonary tuberculosis.
