Right buttock pain with leg pain is mainly due to compression of nerve root or sciatica and other reasons, possible diseases are: lumbar degenerative diseases, pyriformis syndrome, right buttock tumor, lumbar spine tumors, etc. The treatment can usually be divided into conservative treatment and surgical treatment.

4. Lumbar spine tumor: when lumbar spine tumor compresses the nerve root, it can also cause symptoms similar to lumbar disc herniation. Surgery is the mainstay of treatment, aiming to reduce the load of the tumor as much as possible, and release the nerve compression. If the patient has contraindications to surgery, radiation therapy can also be performed.
