Abstract】:Objective:To observe the therapeutic value of bile duct jejunostomy on recurrent common bile duct stones. Methods: A retrospective study was performed on 25 patients with recurrent common bile duct stones treated with choledochojejunostomy Roux-Y anastomosis between January 2000 and December 2010. The results showed that all 25 cases of recurrent common bile duct stones were cured without biliary fistula, and 20 cases were free of biliary infection at 1-4 years of follow-up. The results of bile duct jejunostomy for recurrent common bile duct stones were satisfactory in the following cases: (1) those who had undergone choledochotomy and had regenerated stones, and the wall of the common bile duct was significantly thickened with a caliber of 2.0-2.5 cm or more; (2) those whose common bile duct, especially the hepatic duct, was filled with sediment-like stones that could not be completely removed; (3) those who had masses of stones embedded in the jugular abdomen that could not be removed; (4) those whose jugular abdomen or papillary The sphincter has severe spasm or scar stenosis, and the bile duct pressure cannot be passed through the duodenum with the probe during the operation, or the bile duct pressure is higher than 15-30 mmH2O.
