Names and Locations of Meridian Points of the Ren Chakra

The Ren vein is one of the meridians of the human body, belonging to the eight odd meridians. The Ren vein is associated with 24 acupoints such as Yuan, Qihai and Shimen. Its meridian circulation behavior from the abdomen, down out of the perineum, forward up in the pubic hair part, along the abdomen before the midline up to the throat, around the lips, through the face into the eye under the orbit. 1. Shui Shui, Lower Epigastric, Jian Li, Middle Epigastric, Upper Epigastric, and Ju Que are in the upper abdomen, on the anterior midline, 1 inch, 2 inches, 3 inches, 4 inches, 5 inches, and 6 inches above the umbilicus, respectively. Hatsuo: in the upper abdomen, on the anterior midline, 1 inch below the combination of chest and sword. 3. Zhongting, Tanzhong, Yutang, Zigong and Huagai are in the chest, on the anterior midline, flat 5th intercostal space, flat 4th intercostal space, flat 3rd intercostal space, flat 2nd intercostal space, flat 1st intercostal space. Xuan Gui: in the middle line of the chest, 1 inch below the Tian Tu, at the center of the sternal stalk. 4. Tian Tu: in the neck, on the anterior median line, in the center of the upper fossa of the sternum. Lianquan: in the neck, on the anterior midline, above the laryngeal node, in the center of the depression of the upper edge of the hyoid bone. Chengjiao: on the face, when the shallow (chin) lip groove in the center of the depression.
