It is recommended to go to the hospital for gynecological examination. If you find more vaginal discharge, purulent and smelly, it is recommended to do bacterial culture plus drug sensitivity. It is common to see purulent leukorrhea in acute vaginitis or cervicitis, and gonococcus is the common causative agent of acute cervicitis. If the gonococcus is cultured, you can use sensitive antibiotics for treatment, usually cephalosporin or penicillin, and if the infection is mycoplasma or chlamydia, you can use doxycycline, or azithromycin, tetracycline or erythromycin.
