How to get rid of common hepatic duct stones

Secondary stones are mainly considered to be caused by the discharge of stones from the gallbladder into the bile duct, resulting in common hepatic duct stones; primary stones are mainly considered to be caused by the liver itself or by the discharge of intrahepatic bile duct stones into the common hepatic duct. Under normal circumstances, because of the protection of the sphincter of Oddi function at the lower end of the bile duct, hepatobiliary stones are difficult to discharge on their own, and even in the process of discharge, pancreatitis, infection, and biliary colic are easily induced, and most common hepatic duct stones need to be removed by ERCP or surgery. The surgery is separated into laparoscopic and laparoscopic common hepatic duct lithotomy. If the patient’s condition allows, laparoscopic surgery is basically chosen, which can protect the function of the sphincter of Oddi, and the stones can be removed by choledochoscopy under the laparoscope.
