What drugs are commonly used to return milk before surgery?

  Vitamin B6 Tablets
  Specification: 10mg*100
  Dosage: 200mg orally 3/day for 5~6 days
Principle: Promote the production of dopamine in the brain, thus reducing pituitary prolactin secretion by agonizing dopamine receptors.
  Hexenestrol
  Specification: 0.5mg *100
  Dosage: 5mg orally 3/day for 3-5 days
  Contraindications.
        1. Contraindicated in pregnant women (may cause increased incidence of second-generation female vaginal adenopathy and adenocarcinoma, increased incidence of male genital tract abnormalities and sperm abnormalities).
         2. Contraindicated in patients with a history of thrombophlebitis and pulmonary embolism.
         3. Contraindicated in patients with estrogen-related tumors and in patients with unconfirmed irregular vaginal bleeding and hypertension.
Principle: High doses of estrogen can inhibit prolactin secretion.
  Bromocriptine Mesylate Tablets
  Specification: 2.5mg×30
Dosage: 1.25mg on the first day, 2.5mg on the second day, 2/day, morning and evening after meals for a total of 14 days. If there is occasional lactation for 2-3 days after stopping the drug, take the same dose for a week and the phenomenon will disappear.
Principle: This drug inhibits the secretion of the anterior pituitary hormone lactogen and reduces the number and volume of breast cysts and/or nodules; reduces breast pain due to progesterone/estrogen imbalance. Neurology: Bromocriptine agonizes dopamine receptors when used at higher doses than those indicated for the treatment of endocrine conditions.
Side effects: Nausea occurs and, in rare patients, vertigo, fatigue, vomiting, or diarrhea may occur, but are not severe enough to require discontinuation of the drug. Bromocriptine can cause upright hypotension and individual patients may become faint; therefore, patients should have their blood pressure monitored, especially during the first few days of treatment. If such symptoms occur they can be treated symptomatically.
Contraindications: Known hypersensitivity to any component of this product or to other ergometrine. Unsatisfactorily controlled hypertension, pregnancy (including eclampsia. Pre-eclampsia and gestational hypertension), postpartum and puerperium hypertensive states. Coronary artery disease and other severe cardiovascular disease. Patients with symptoms and/or history of severe mental disorders. Patients with cerebrovascular accident, arterial obstructive disease, Raynaud’s sign, history of nicotine addiction.
  Mannitol
Pound 250 grams of mannitol into fine grains and place in two gauze bags, one on each breast.
It should be changed once a day because the drug becomes hard cake after dampness; the milk swelling can be eliminated after 3-5 days.
  Stir-fried malt
Stir-fried malt 100g, add water and decoction, take 1 dose daily for 3 days.
