Therapeutic options for consolidation of acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Treatment regimens for consolidation of acute lymphoblastic leukemia include VDCP regimen, EA regimen, and others. Six courses of consolidation therapy are started 14 days after complete remission of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. One course of treatment is given every 2~3 weeks. The VDCP regimen (vincristine + Zoerythromycin + Cyclophosphamide + Methylprednisolone) was used for the 1st and 4th courses, the EA regimen (pedialyte glycoside + cytarabine) for the 2nd and 5th courses, and methotrexate + tetrahydrofolate for the 3rd and 6th courses. After completing 6 courses of consolidation, 1~2 courses of intensive treatment will be given every 2~3 months. All the above medications should be used under the guidance of a doctor, avoid self-medication.
