The MRI of ovarian cancer mostly shows solid or cystic ovarian masses with uneven enhancement, along with ascites and lymph node enlargement. The common diagnostic method for ovarian cancer is ultrasound. MRI often shows cystic or solid masses in both ovaries, or cystic masses, with multiple nodules in the cyst wall, necrotic tissue, thickened cyst wall and intervals, and uneven thickness. The cystic wall and solid part of the cyst are obviously strengthened after enhancement scan, and most of them are unevenly strengthened. Meanwhile, ovarian malignant tumors are often accompanied by ascites, lymph node enlargement and abdominal implantation, and the masses often invade the surrounding organs, so the MRI performance of ovarian cancer can provide some clues for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
