How to replenish amniotic fluid at 34 weeks of pregnancy

Hypohydramnios is diagnosed when the amniotic fluid is less than 300mL in late pregnancy. In case of low amniotic fluid in the thirty-sixth week of pregnancy, the following measures can be taken to replenish the amniotic fluid: 1) anticipatory treatment to increase the amniotic fluid volume; 2) fluid therapy by amniotic cavity infusion can be taken to reduce the incidence of fetal heart variability deceleration, the rate of amniotic fluid-fetal fecal infection and the rate of cesarean delivery, while contraction inhibitors should also be used to prevent preterm delivery. Low amniotic fluid is also an important manifestation of fetal abnormalities or underlying diseases of the mother, even if there are no abnormalities in the fetus at that time, the cyclical disease rate and mortality rate of such newborns after birth is higher than that of normal infants, so when low amniotic fluid occurs, the cause should be immediately identified and actively dealt with.
