What are the contraindications of Clindamycin Phosphate Gel

Clindamycin Phosphate Gel is clinically indicated as an anti-infective gel drug for acne and skin lesions such as impetigo. Contraindication is that one should not be allergic to this drug and allergy is not allowed. Clindamycin can cause pseudomembranous enteritis and may be used with caution in patients with a history of pseudomembranous enteritis and other enteritis, such as long-term chronic diarrhea. In fact, there are few changes caused by topical skin use, mainly pseudomembranous enteritis may be caused by intravenous use of clindamycin. Clindamycin is a gel that also needs to be used with caution in patients with broken skin and can cause symptoms of dermatitis and burning discomfort of the skin.
