Vision test results need to differentiate between the right and left eye, and then observe whether the result of each eye is within the normal range. Visual acuity is one of the most basic eye tests, also known as visual acuity tests, which focuses on the eye’s ability to distinguish details in a scene. The visual acuity test result is a two-numbered value, where the value labeled as R or OD is the right eye’s visual acuity test result, and the value labeled as L or OS is the left eye’s visual acuity test result. Normally, both eyes are able to achieve a visual acuity of 1.0 or more in decimal or 5.0 or more in logarithmic scale. It is recommended that patients with abnormal visual acuity be seen by a physician for evaluation and treatment as prescribed by the physician.
