The best way to heal nasal vestibulitis on your own

There is no optimal way for nasal vestibulitis to heal on its own, and general, topical, and systemic treatments are often chosen to control local inflammation and improve symptoms.
Nasal vestibulitis is a diffuse inflammation that occurs in the skin of the nasal vestibule. Acute and chronic rhinitis, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, nasal foreign body, nasal and sinus tumors, nasal special infectious diseases and other nasal secretion stimulation, long-term inhalation of harmful dust, as well as picking the nose or friction leading to nasal vestibular skin damage and secondary infection and other factors can trigger this disease.
1. General treatment: active and thorough treatment of nasal and sinus diseases, avoiding the stimulation of harmful dust, correcting the habit of nose picking.
2. Local treatment:
(1) Acute local moist hot compresses or infrared irradiation, skin erosion or chapped available 10% to 20% nitrate cauterization, and coated with antibiotic ointment, such as polymyxin B ointment.
(2) For chronic scabs, use 3% hydrogen peroxide solution to remove scabs and pus, and apply 1% yellow mercury ointment or 5% white mercury ointment locally; for those with more exudation, 5% zinc oxide ointment can be used for rubbing.
