How long does it usually take to recover from a mild cerebral infarction?

Mild cerebral infarction can usually be fully recovered within 2-4 weeks, but no generalization can be made. Mild cerebral infarcts are mostly lacunar cerebral infarcts, which usually have no obvious headache and no impairment of consciousness, mainly manifesting as motor light hemiparesis, ataxic light hemiparesis or dysarthria-hand clumsiness syndrome. Mild cerebral infarction is usually a small penetrating artery in the cerebral hemisphere or deep brainstem, which has lesions in the vessel wall on the basis of long-term hypertension, resulting in lumen occlusion and formation of small foci of infarction, often recurrent. Minor cerebral infarction is usually treated mainly with medication, and most of them can fully recover within 2-4 weeks, the exact time varies from person to person. Minor cerebral infarction is often combined with risk factors such as hypertension and diabetes, and the treatment room should pay attention to controlling risk factors, improving bad habits, and taking medication on time after discharge to reduce the occurrence of recurrence.
