What to eat for protein

Protein is the main component of cells and tissues, if lack of protein, it can seriously affect vital signs, especially for immunity and reproductive system will cause great damage. If there is no other organic lesion, you can improve through dietary therapy, you can drink some soy milk, milk, etc. to supplement the daily routine, preferably once in the morning and once in the evening to insist on taking about three months to achieve the desired effect. In more serious cases, for adults, intravenous protein injection is needed, and the effect can be seen in a week or so. If it is a lack of protein in children, the first thing you can do is to drink some milk and eat more lean meat, and if it is serious, you can take protein powder, the cost of which is not very high. If the protein deficiency is caused by a decline in liver function, protein supplementation alone will not help, and the liver needs to be treated with appropriate restorative therapy and gradual medication to supplement protein to return to normal levels. Of course not everyone is suitable for medication supplementation, and for patients with long-term kidney disease and diabetes, medication should be administered carefully and selectively. In case of protein deficiency, not only protein supplementation is needed, but often micronutrient supplementation is also needed to promote protein absorption, and when taking protein powder, the dosage and number of doses should be controlled.
