Children’s noses always have pus nasal discharge, which is also known as the symptoms of pus nasal discharge in children as described in the ENT clinic. It is usually seen in the following cases: i. Acute sinusitis, mostly secondary to colds, usually not more than 12 weeks, most antibiotic treatment can get better. ii. Second, chronic sinusitis, most of the history of repeated, prolonged, usually more than 12 weeks, antibiotic treatment is not effective. Third, adenoid hypertrophy blocking the posterior nostrils, nasal secretions can not be sufficiently backward drainage caused by similar symptoms of rhinitis. Fourth, nasal foreign body with infection, especially infants and children, can not accurately provide a clear history of foreign body plugging, time secondary infection, the appearance of a large amount of pus nasal discharge and odor, usually unilateral common.
