There are many types of minimally invasive surgery for lumbar spondylolisthesis, and the discharge time varies according to the type, as follows: 1) radiofrequency ablation surgery, which is usually discharged 24 hours after surgery; 2) intervertebral foraminoscopy technique, which is usually discharged after two days of postoperative observation and three days of hospitalization; 3) minimally invasive vertebroplasty for elderly compression fractures, which requires exclusion of medical diseases. If there is no hypertension or diabetes, the patient can be discharged 48 hours after surgery; 4, spinal microscopic fusion technique, ALIF technique and lateral fusion technique, which requires full decompression and fusion under the microscope, the operation time is relatively long and may cause certain hematoma compression, but the chance of occurrence is low, and the patient can be discharged after 3-5 days of observation; 5, percutaneous pedicle nailing technique, especially for young and strong lumbar compression fractures or vertebral body fracture, can be discharged 3-5 days after performing percutaneous internal fixation.
