Pelvic stasis syndrome, unlike male varicocele, does not usually affect fertility. Although it is also a varicose vein of the genitals, the latter significantly affects fertility. Statistical studies suggest that after treatment of pelvic stasis syndrome, patients’ hormone levels are not particularly altered and ovarian function can be maintained. Whether patients with pelvic stasis syndrome are in a state of disease or after treatment, ovarian function and uterine function can be well maintained, and the function of the pelvis and adnexa will not be altered because of the disease itself or treatment. If ovarian and uterine functions are not affected, fertility will not be affected either.
