Indications of interventional therapy for primary liver cancer, clinically, the following aspects are mainly considered: 1. For the case that the tumor is very large and cannot be surgically resected, such as more than 5-10cm, interventional therapy can be considered; 2. Part of the patients can not tolerate, for the age of the surgery, the general condition is poor or with other basic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension or stroke, etc., this situation is not suitable for surgery, and intervention therapy can be considered. 3. For some patients who are not suitable for surgery, interventional therapy can be considered; 3. For some patients who cannot be considered for surgical treatment, preoperative interventional therapy can be considered; 4. For some patients who have recurrence of tumor after surgical treatment, interventional therapy can be considered in this case. Interventional therapy is mainly through a minimally invasive method of perfusion embolization therapy, less traumatic and with fewer side effects.
