The first combination pattern is called “major triple-positive”, which means that not only is the person infected with the hepatitis B virus but the virus is constantly replicating and multiplying in the body, in addition to damaging the human liver and being highly contagious. The second combination pattern indicates that the virus is replicating and reproducing in the body and is infectious. The third pattern is very common, according to epidemiological surveys in China, there are 120 million HBsAg positive people, the significance of the following four possibilities (1) may be a carrier of HBV although I did not develop the disease, but there are infectious. (2) may have developed the disease but for the early stage of hepatitis B is infectious (3) may be transformed from the major triple-positive suggests that viral replication tends to stop and become less infectious. (4) It may consist of the core part of the virus integrated into one and is no longer infectious. The fourth pattern, called “minor triplet”, indicates that the virus has stopped or replication has been suppressed, and is generally considered to be non-infectious or minimally infectious. The fifth pattern indicates that the virus has been cleared after infection or after hepatitis B vaccination, and that the virus is immune and not infectious. The sixth pattern, commonly known as “double positive”, indicates that the hepatitis B virus is highly contagious in the early stages of infection. The seventh pattern indicates that a person recovering from hepatitis B or a chronic hepatitis B virus carrier is still somewhat infectious but easily transmitted to the negative. The eighth, ninth and tenth patterns indicate that the person has been infected with HBV but has developed immunity and is not infectious, so there is no need to worry. The eleventh pattern indicates recovery from hepatitis B and has developed immunity.
