Generally speaking, the endometrium is 8-10 mm suitable for fertilized egg implantation. Different thicknesses of the endometrium affect fertilization, as follows: 1. Thin endometrium: due to low estrogen levels in the female body, thin endometrium will make fertilization less difficult and increase the chance of miscarriage. It will also increase the chance of fetal miscarriage. Women can regulate the estrogen level in their bodies through medication or food during pregnancy preparation, and then conceive when the endometrium thickens to a level suitable for conception; 2. Even if the sperm and egg combine normally, they usually will not conceive normally and will increase the risk of endometrial lesions, which can be treated by medication to reduce the thickness of the endometrium and regulate the body before conception.
