Nimbus generally refers to the Chinese herb myrtle fruit, which has the effects of tonifying blood, stopping bleeding, regulating menstruation and tranquilizing the fetus.
It is sweet, astringent and neutral in nature, with the effects of tonifying blood, stopping bleeding, nourishing and tranquilizing the fetus, astringing the intestines and fixing essence, and can be used to treat menstrual disorders, blood deficiency and atrophy, vomiting of blood, blood in stools, metrorrhagia (excessive menstrual flow or spotting of menstruation), prolapse of the anus, spermatorrhea, and leucorrhoea.
The adverse effects of this drug are not known. It is recommended to have a regular work schedule, abstain from sexual intercourse and eat a light diet during the use of this drug.
