Bugs in the nose can cause nasal discomfort. Patients are advised to remove the bugs promptly by blowing the nose, nasal irrigation, or endoscopic removal.
1. Nose blowing: If the bugs are small in size and in a more forward position, it is recommended that the patient press the other nostril and blow the nose vigorously to expel the bugs with the help of airflow.
2. Nasal irrigation: It is recommended that the patient can use saline to irrigate the nasal cavity under the guidance of the doctor. If the bugs are small in size, they may be discharged along with the medication, and it is recommended that the patient should avoid deep breathing in the process of irrigating, so as to avoid choking and coughing.
3. Nasal endoscopy: If the bugs can not be removed by the above methods, it is recommended that the patient go to the ENT department for examination in a timely manner, and the specialist doctor will take out the bugs through the endoscopic forceps or suction out of the nasal cavity.
If you can’t blow the bugs out of your nose, we suggest you go to the hospital in time, and the specialist will deal with the bugs accordingly.
