How long does it take to get your period on Deferiprone tablets?

When taking drospirenone tablets for menstrual cycle regulation, menstruation usually occurs 3-7 days after stopping the medication. Drospirenone tablets are an exogenous progestogen and can be used for the treatment of preterm abortion and for the regulation of menstrual cycles. The use of dydrogesterone varies for different diseases, and patients need to be clearly diagnosed and treated with medication under the guidance of a doctor. For menstrual irregularities caused by ovarian luteal insufficiency and progesterone deficiency, the medication is usually started on the 11th-25th day of the menstrual cycle and taken for about 12 consecutive days, and menstruation can come 3-7 days after stopping the medication. If the endometrium is lower than 8mm, estradiol valerate can be taken first to increase the thickness of the endometrium and then combined with dydrogesterone to achieve the therapeutic effect of regulating menstruation. In addition, some patients may experience adverse drug reactions such as nausea and vomiting after taking drogastrol, which can be relieved on their own, but if the symptoms are serious, they should be treated in hospital.
