If there is a mass on the right side of the neck and it slides, then it can be seen in the following diseases: First, it occurs in the front of the neck and is commonly of thyroid origin. Simple thyroid adenomas and thyroid cysts will manifest as a raised mass in the front of the neck with a smooth surface, clear borders and good movement up and down with swallowing. If necessary, surgical treatment is required, or interventional treatment can be used to shrink the tumor. Secondly, some patients are caused by enlarged lymph nodes in the right side of the neck. Many patients are caused by tumors, such as those occurring in the lung tissue or the thyroid gland, and usually the enlargement of lymph nodes is also multiple and may even show fusion, which can slide in the early stage; while the later stage patients will show localized masses with obvious pain and even local skin rupture changes.
