Children often scratch their penises with their hands, swelling and pus —- prepuce

Parents often bring their children to the clinic with swollen, pus-filled penises. On further inquiry, the child usually scratches his penis with his hands. When the swelling and pus are no longer flowing after treatment, the outer foreskin opening is narrow, and the foreskin cannot be turned up or even adhered to the glans. Treatment 1 Develop normal urination habits: pinch the penis with your hand and gently push up the foreskin in a similar upward motion, as a sign that you can tolerate the pain, wash with boric acid solution (prepared by our hospital) after urination, and apply comfrey oil. 2 If the coronal sulcus can be revealed, there is no need to deal with it for the time being. 3 If the outer opening of the foreskin is still narrow, it is a scarring prepuce, and prepuce dilatation (with video) can be used. 4 If the above methods are not satisfactory, surgical treatment – Korean circumcision.
