The nose always smells of dust, there may be the following situations, the first is that there is really too much dust in the outside environment, the air is bad induced by the patient to appear this feeling, this is a very normal performance. The second situation is that the patient may have atrophic rhinitis, dry rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal cavity long things such as induced nasal cavity local erosion, ulceration, infection, nasal cavity protein decay, nasal cavity neoplastic decay and so on appear abnormal smell, including the smell of dust and so on.
