Almost all patients have some degree of postoperative lumbar pain, especially during activities, when the pain is more pronounced. Such pain is more frequent in the first three days after surgery, and most patients’ pain symptoms will gradually disappear with the passage of time, while a few patients will continue for a longer period of time, and even feel discomfort in the lower back all the time. There is also a part of the patient will be in the weather changes, there is lumbar soreness, pain, but the degree of pain or are relatively mild; 2, lower extremity numbness and pain in the symptoms of obvious relief, but there will also be a part of the residual symptoms. Therefore, even if the lumbar disc herniation has been operated, more or less there will be residual symptoms, but this residual symptoms will not have too much impact on the working life.
