The first choice is to do ultrasound of the liver, gallbladder, pancreas and spleen to make a clear diagnosis. The diagnosis can be made by looking at the condition of the gallbladder, whether the wall of the gallbladder is thickened or not, whether it is hairy or not, whether the gallbladder stones are multiple or single, and the size and shape of the stones. If the gallbladder is inflamed, the size of the gallbladder increases, and the stones are multiple, there is usually pain in the upper abdomen, acid reflux, nausea, loss of appetite for greasy food, and pain in the back, and so on. Ultrasound will be done to see if there are gallbladder stones, if they are multiple, and if the size of the gallbladder has increased. If the size of the gallbladder increases, and the gallbladder stones are multiple, and if conservative treatment does not relieve the pain, the first choice is to remove the gallbladder. In general, the first choice is conservative treatment, conservative treatment to see if it can be relieved, plus pay attention to diet, not relieved must be surgical treatment, which is the most critical.
