Anxiety may also cause sympathetic excitement, such as faster breathing, increased heart rate, and higher blood pressure. Also, during anxiety, there is sometimes a sweating response. There are also behavioral reactions to anxiety, such as pacing back and forth when a person is anxious. So psychological anxiety is actually a reaction that allows one to increase the level of tension to stressful events when one meets them, and with the increased tension, the reaction to these events is actually an increased ability to respond to the events. Psychological anxiety is experienced by all of us. In 2010, the New Finance magazine reported that the whole nation has entered the era of anxiety. In fact, anxiety is not terrible, but a normal emotional reaction based on the increased pace of society now.
