For the symptoms of tendon pain when lifting the thigh, mainly due to three reasons: First, see in trauma, especially after trauma, causing injury to the muscles and fascia of the thigh area, pulling and damaging edematous muscles and fascia when lifting the leg, thus causing the symptoms of tendon pain in the thigh area. Second, see in patients with lumbar disc herniation, resulting in compression of the nerve roots in the spinal canal, resulting in edema of the nerve roots and reduced relaxation, which can lead to nerve roots being stretched when lifting the thigh, thus causing significant tendon pain symptoms in the back of the thigh. Third, in patients with pear-shaped muscle syndrome, after the onset of pear-shaped muscle syndrome, it will lead to compression of the sciatic nerve, resulting in edema and reduced relaxation of the sciatic nerve, which will also lead to pulling on the sciatic nerve when lifting the thigh, causing symptoms of hamstring pain.
