Hepatitis B two-to-one is also known as the hepatitis B three system. It mainly includes five items: hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis B surface antibody, hepatitis B e antigen, hepatitis B e antibody and hepatitis B core antibody. The normal value of hepatitis B surface antigen is 0.5ng/mL, the normal value of hepatic surface antibody is 10U/mL, the normal value of e antigen is 0.5PEIU/mL, the normal value of e antibody is 0.2PEIU/mL, and the normal value of hepatitis B core antibody is 18PEIU/mL. Patients generally need to further determine whether they are major or minor triple-positive based on the number of values and whether they are negative or positive. The normal value for hepatitis B core antibody is 18 PEIU/mL. For patients with hepatitis B, if they have positive hepatitis B surface antigen, positive hepatitis B e antibody and positive hepatitis B core antibody, they are mostly called minor triplets and generally do not have viral replication. If the liver function is normal, the patient can continue to be observed. If the patient is positive for hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis B e antigen and hepatitis B core antibody, it is mostly called major triple yang. Patients with major triple yang generally have viral replication and need further blood test for hepatitis B DNA to see if the virus has replicated. If the virus has replication, combined with elevated glutamic and glutamic aminotransferase, antiviral treatment should be actively considered.
