What’s with the weak clenched fists?

Weakness of clenched fist may be related to physiological factors, or it may be caused by hypoglycemia, cervical spondylosis, cerebral infarction and so on.
1. Physiological factors: For example, if you have been engaged in heavy labor for a long time recently, and your hand muscles are overworked due to lifting heavy objects for a long time, it may cause weakness in clenching fists.
2. Hypoglycemia: When hypoglycemia occurs, the organs and tissues of the whole body can not get enough energy supply, which may cause the weakness of clenched fist, and may also be accompanied by panic, sweating and other symptoms.
3. Cervical spondylosis: If you suffer from severe cervical spondylosis, it will easily lead to brachial plexus nerve root compression, resulting in dysfunction of the innervated part of the nerve, which may cause weakness of clenched fist, and may be accompanied by numbness of the hand, neck and shoulder pain and other symptoms.
4. Cerebral infarction: due to ischemia, hypoxia and necrosis of local brain tissues, hemiparesis of one side of the limbs may occur, resulting in weakness of clenched fist, which may be accompanied by dizziness, headache, drowsiness and other manifestations.
If you have weakness in clenching fist, you should consult a doctor as soon as possible after excluding physiological factors.
