Sinus rhythm left ventricular high voltage can be seen in physiologic, hypertension, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy and so on. It should be treated with antihypertensive and diuretic treatment according to the cause of the disease. 1. Physiologic left ventricular hypervoltage: it may be due to thinness or congenital hypervoltage of the left ventricle, and no organic lesion is found through ultrasound and other examinations, so it can be left untreated at this time. 2. Hypertension: due to prolonged elevation of blood pressure, poor control, caused by left ventricular hypertrophy, ECG found sinus rhythm left ventricular high voltage, need to strictly monitor blood pressure, to be antihypertensive treatment. Low salt and low fat diet, increase exercise, take antihypertensive drugs, such as hydrochlorothiazide, furosemide and so on. 3. Valvular disease: due to aortic stenosis, mitral stenosis, etc., causing regurgitation, causing the enlargement of the left heart, resulting in high voltage in the left ventricle. Symptomatic treatment is needed at this time, such as diuretic furosemide for dyspnea with pulmonary stasis, metoprolol for increased heart rate, and valve replacement. 4. Cardiomyopathy: such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy can cause high voltage in the left ventricle, and need to be treated with symptomatic treatment, such as verapamil, metoprolol, spironolactone and other drugs. Sinus rhythm left ventricular high voltage need to immediately go to the hospital for detailed examination, clear diagnosis, and symptomatic treatment. The use of medication should be in accordance with medical advice.
