There are several ways to treat ectopic pregnancy: first, conservative treatment, the patient has no lower abdominal pain, a small amount of vaginal bleeding, no internal bleeding, when the blood HCG is less than 3000mIU/mL and the mass is less than 3cm, the clinical treatment can be conservative. Oral mifepristone is used to kill the embryo to terminate the pregnancy, but the patient must be hospitalized for clinical observation. Secondly, if there is more internal bleeding and the patient has an acute abdomen, surgical treatment must be done. Therefore, for patients with ectopic pregnancy, abortion is no longer allowed to achieve the purpose of treatment.
