The whole procedure of biliary surgery

The whole procedure of cholecystectomy includes anesthesia, disinfection and toweling of the operative area, establishment of access, treatment of the cystic duct and its artery, freeing and removing the gallbladder, exploring and stopping bleeding, and closing the abdomen. 1. Anesthesia: cholecystectomy mainly adopts general anesthesia. 2. Disinfection of the operation area and laying of towels: after successful anesthesia, the operation area is routinely disinfected and sterile towels are laid. 3. Channel establishment: a blunt pneumoperitoneum needle was inserted into the curved 1.5cm incision above the umbilicus and pneumoperitoneum was established; two operation channels were established 2cm below the xiphoid process and 2cm below the rib margin in the right midclavicular line, respectively. 4. Handle the gallbladder duct and its artery: laparoscopically free the gallbladder duct and the gallbladder artery and utilize titanium clips to clip and dissect them, and then lift up the bottom of the gallbladder and utilize the electrocoagulation knife to completely resect the gallbladder. 5. Probing for hemostasis and abdominal closure: after complete removal of the gallbladder, probe for the presence of bleeding points and perform electrocoagulation for hemostasis or medical glue and hemostatic gauze for hemostasis. After confirming that there is no error, rinse, place the drainage tube and close the abdominal incision.
