Treatment for Snake’s Wrapped Waist

Snake Wrap is medically known as herpes zoster, which is caused by varicella zoster virus infection, and the treatment is mainly antiviral and nutritive neurological therapy.
Herpes zoster is mainly manifested as clusters of blisters distributed in bands on one side of the body or on one side of the face, accompanied by localized pain. Early treatment can effectively alleviate the symptoms and reduce the chances of complications. It is mainly treated with antiviral drugs (e.g. acyclovir tablets and acyclovir cream) and nerve-nourishing drugs (e.g. methylcobalamin), which need to be used until the nerve pain disappears.
During the course of the disease, patients should pay attention to keep the affected area clean and dry, do not scratch the affected area, so as not to cause secondary infection, resulting in aggravation of the condition.
Patients with herpes zoster are advised to seek timely medical attention, follow the doctor’s instructions, adhere to the medication and pay attention to the care of the affected area.
