Adjuvant chemotherapy precautions: adjuvant chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer should be started about 1 month after radical surgery; preparation before adjuvant chemotherapy includes abdominal pelvic enhanced CT scan, chest front and side views, peripheral blood routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram and tumor markers CEA, CA19-9, etc. The adverse reactions related to chemotherapy should be observed and dealt with in a timely manner during chemotherapy. 2. Palliative chemotherapy. Same as adjuvant chemotherapy. 3. Treatment effect.
